Jeden 1. und 3. Mittwoch im Monat von 21:30 bis 22:00 Uhr lädt dich Maria Lumen zu einer intuitiven musikalischen Reise ein. Ihre Stimme, getragen von verschiedenen Instrumenten, schafft heilsame Räume zum Atmen, Abtauchen und Auftanken.
Du brauchst dafür nichts, ausser dich selbst und einen stillen Ort, an dem du ungestört bist. Die Reise findet live online über YouTube statt – so kannst du dich von zuhause einklinken und den Tag bewusst und achtsam ausklingen lassen. Verpasst du eine Reise oder passt dir die Zeit nicht, stehen dir jeweils die zwei aktuellen Traumreisen als Audiodatei zur Verfügung.

Diese Auszeit soll für alle zugänglich sein.
Der monatliche Beitrag liegt – je nach deinen Möglichkeiten – zwischen CHF 12.– und 40.–. So kannst du ganz ohne Druck dabei sein – auch wenn du einmal eine Livesession verpasst.
Falls dein Budget gerade begrenzt ist, gibt es eine einfache Lösung: Teile diese Reise mit anderen. Bring jemanden mit, der sich ebenfalls nach mehr Ruhe sehnt – und dein Beitrag ist CHF 5.– im Monat.

Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 9:30 to 10:00 pm, Maria Lumen invites you on an intuitive musical journey. Her voice, accompanied by various instruments, creates healing spaces to breathe, dive deep, and recharge.
You don’t need anything except yourself and a quiet place where you can be undisturbed. The journey takes place live online via YouTube, so you can join from the comfort of your home and end your day consciously and mindfully. If you miss a journey or the time doesn’t work for you, the two most recent Dream Journeys are available as audio recordings.

Flexible subscription
This time out is meant to be accessible to everyone.
The monthly contribution is between CHF 12 and CHF 40, depending on what is possible for you. This way, you can take part without any pressure – even if you occasionally miss a live session.
If your budget is limited at the moment, there is a simple option: share this journey with others. Bring someone along who is also longing for more peace and stillness, and your monthly contribution is CHF 5.
The subscription is flexible and can be cancelled at any time.
